DISPATCHING YOUR ORDER
We know once you've invested in your latest bit of kit you won't want to wait a second longer than necessary to get your hands on it, (even if trying fins on in the office gets you some funny looks!)
Our commitment to you is simply this - we promise to get your order on its way as soon as is physically possible.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, although in many cases your order will be winging its way to you sooner than this.
(...we hope you understand that given the wide variety of sizes and colours across so many products, we can't keep every item in stock all the time.)
Need something urgently? You can leave us a note in the Special Instructions box when you check out or just call us on 0800 6990203 - we will do EVERYTHING we can to help you.
We offer 3 methods of getting your order to you:
1) TRACKED SHIPPING BY PARCELFORCE
We will always send your precious new products to you via a tracked Parcelforce service, for delivery the next working day after dispatch.
- FREE on all orders over £100
- £4.99 for all orders under £100
2) FREE COLLECT AND TRY
If you're a London based customer, why not choose our FREE Collect and Try service at our Central London teaching pool, just off Carnaby Street, every TUESDAY?
If you select this option at checkout we'll get in touch to arrange for you to meet us, be able to try on your shiny new kit, get our advice and...if you're happy with your purchase, you can even jump in the pool to try it out or get some help with setup.
Should anything not be quite right we can also make any other recommendations, take your returns away immediately and arrange to get your replacement product to you...that's got to be better than queuing up at the post office!
(We're also regularly at Wraysbury Dive Centre near Heathrow, and NDAC in Chepstow - if you'd be interested in meeting us there, leave us a message in the special instructions box on check out)
3) FREE COLLECT IN STORE
If you select this option at checkout we'll get in touch to arrange for you to visit us at our store near Brighton, East Sussex. You'll be able to try on your shiny new kit and get our advice.
Should anything not be quite right we can also make any other recommendations, and if we can't find you another solution, we'll process your return immediately and/or arrange to get your replacement product to you.
